Predator Old Vine Zinfandel
This wine has is an intense, full-bodied wine with red fruit, blackberry and spice. Also, lingering tannins over a long smoky finish. The aromas are of bright raspberry, blackberry, black pepper and smoky oak. It has flavors of bold red raspberry, cherrym juicy blackberry, and black pepper with smooth tannins.
Hob Nob Pinot Noir
As elegant as a bouquet of violets and bursting with cherry flavors, our Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with soft tannins, to create a smooth, rich texture. Try pairing with prime rib, sausage, and dried cranberries.
Trinity Oaks Pinot Noir
Bright medium dark garnet color. Bright, toasty, fruity earthy yeasty aromas of black cherries, toasted yeast - barnyard, dried canvas, and toffee with a lively, dry full body and a peppery, interesting, snappy finish with leafy, earthy, woody tannins and light oak.
Trim Cabernet Sauvignon
The color is dark ruby with a hint of magenta on the rim. Aromas of black cherries and red and black currants are highlighted by notes of blueberries cloves and lavender with undertones of dusty graphite. Sleek and supple finish!
