Built in June 2003, Safari Miles is the dream of the eldest Fotinos son, Michael, a second generation restauranteur. Constructed with the vision of providing the area a sophisticated establishment without sacrificing neighborhood casualness, Michael Fotinos chose local craftsmen to create an environment accessible to all, families, couples, and singles alike.
